Get to Know Shilpa Aggarwal

Ms. Shilpa Aggarwal is a passionate healthcare professional dedicated to holistic well-being. Her journey is one of determination, service, and compassion. Born in Nahan, a beautiful town in Himachal Pradesh, she grew up in a family rooted in education. Her mother was a retired gazetted officer, and her father was a retired lecturer. This academic environment nurtured her curiosity and love for learning. She completed her schooling at A.V.N School, Nahan. As she grew up, she developed a passion for medicine, which she pursued by enrolling in B.Pharmacy at Doaba College, Kharar (Punjab), securing admission on merit.

While studying B.Pharmacy, Shilpa married Varun Aggarwal, an industrialist from Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), and welcomed her first child, Yashasvi. Balancing motherhood and studies was challenging, but with family support and her dedication, she successfully completed her graduation. Her interest in cancer-related topics earned her the “Best Strategy” award. 

Amidst her academic and personal responsibilities, she later completed her M.Pharmacy in Pharmacology from Swift College, Patiala. It was the same time she gave birth to her second child, Shivansh. Together with her husband, she launched Catasta Pharmaceuticals – her dream project! 

Shilpa is also an active social worker and is associated with the Red Cross Society, Panchkula. She selflessly volunteers her time and services at local orphanages and old-age homes, bringing care, support, and compassion to those in need.
